Bacon Pumpkin Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb gouda cheese
- 1 medium diced onion
- 2 15oz cans pumpkin
- 1/4 tbsp paprika
Instructions
- Chop bacon and cook in pan
- reserve 2 tbsp bacon grease, fry onions, paprika in grease
- add pumpkin and gouda cheese until cheese melts
- mix in cooked pasta
- mix in bacon
- move all ingredients to a baking dish
- bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- serve
