Brunswick Stew
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 15oz can diced tomatoes
- 5 1/2 cups chicken broth or stock
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 2 cans lima beans
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs pork loin
Instructions
- Cook pork loin and shred
- Add all ingredients to pot and cook for 30 minutes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Is it 75 min for quarts?
I thought if it had meat ,quarts would be 90 min and pints 75 min

To adhere to 1/2 solid, 1/2 liquid I put the solids in first and then went back around and added the soup. It’s now the next day and all 4 quarts have sealed. I too had an extra one that did not fill so that will be tonight’s dinner.Thanks for all your meal recipes.
