White Bean Chili

Super easy when all of your ingredients are shelf stable, and easily accessible and you can whip it up at a moment’s notice.

Shelf-Stable Pantry Recipe – White Bean Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pints canned chicken
  • 2 pints/cans great northern beans
  • 2 pints/cans pinto beans
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a pot or slow cooker. Heat until fully warm and incorporated.
    Serves 6-8
